In partnership with Halesowen College, I have started the Black Country Open Source Society or BCOSS for short. The website can be found here.

Its aims are to promote OSS within the Black Country, helping our industry and people to make the most of the benefits of computing in their organisation.

I've been writing and e-mailing various newspapers to get OSS at least on people's radar. but to no avail - why is this?
